Nature of Data Collected

While browsing, our server (hosted by LWS.FR) stores logs. This mainly involves collecting your IP address and the history of your requests (such as page visits).

Users may provide their personal data by submitting a request through the contact form, the online order form, or by filling out a newsletter subscription form.

Purpose of Data Collection

Server logs are used to detect intrusion attempts and anomalies, ensuring the security of the IT system.

Information provided by the user through the contact form, the online order form, or the newsletter subscription form is used solely to respond to the user’s request. For commercial inquiries, and with the explicit consent of the individual, personal data may also be used to send mailings related to business topics (new services, participation in events, etc.). Personal data will only be used for these purposes.

Who Processes the Collected Data?

DIREXION (site management company, subcontractor) and LWS.FR (hosting company, subcontractor) are the recipients of server logs for the purpose described above. Access to the logging system is secure and regulated. LWS.FR acts as a subcontractor and guarantees that all technical and organizational measures required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), replacing Directive 95/46/EC, are in place to protect data.

GOOOST SRL is the recipient of information collected through the contact form, online order form, or newsletter form for the purposes outlined above.

User Consent

Each user is clearly informed about how their personal data may be used at the time it is provided, as described in this privacy policy.

Retention Period

Server logs are stored for a period of 24 months.

Data collected via the contact form on this site is retained for 3 years. Newsletter form data is retained until the client decides to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters. An unsubscribe link will be systematically included in every email.

Rights of Data Subjects

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the following rights regarding the data collected by GOOOST SRL:

For security reasons, for each request related to these rights, GOOOST SRL will verify the identity of the person submitting the request. GOOOST SRL will respond to the request only after positive identification.
